What is Covered & Shipping
Covers manufacturing defects and adhesive aging (loose pearls). When initiating a service, customers cover one-way shipping to our U.S. hub. throsyup™ fully covers all professional repair labor, premium replacement materials, and return shipping to your doorstep.
What is Excluded
Excludes damage from improper care (e.g., chemical exposure to perfumes or cosmetics causing loss of pearl luster), severe accidental breakage, metal distortion from force, or lost gemstones.
