Step 1: Measure Your Circumference

1. Start at the Front: Place the tape measure at your front hairline.

2. Circle Around: Gently wrap the tape around your head, passing just above the ear and back to the starting point at the front hairline to measure head circumference accurately.

Step 2: Measure from Ear to Ear

1. Find the High Point: To pinpoint the top of your head, measure 7 inches back from the front hairline.

2. Cross the Crown: Begin at the hairline above one ear, bring the tape across the top point, and down, just above the other ear.

Step 3: Measure Front to Back

1. Start at the Hairline: Start your tape at the front hairline.

2. Trace to the Nape: Extend the tape in a straight line over the crown to the back, ending at the nape of your neck.
